Khesari Lal Yadav on his game strategy, audience love and plans to exist in the controversial reality show Bigg Boss 13.
Khesari Lal Yadav might be a Bhojpuri sensation but the actor could not make his mark in the last two weeks in Bigg Boss 13. With a simple upbringing and reserved personality, Khesari evidently seems to be a misfit on the show.
Before entering Bigg Boss 13, During spoke to Khesari and questioned him if he will manage to exist in the controversial game. He said, “I have survived life and all the hardships it got me. From not having even Rs 10 in my pocket to now touching crores of people’s lives, I have come a long way. And this was a lucky chance for me to reach out to more people.”
He added, “Bigg Boss is such a famous show that it will help me increase my national and international reach. I am here to stay and so want to extend my horizons. Bhojpuri industry is my motherland, and I would keep doing more regional films. But I also want to reach out to a large audience.”
When asked to share his game procedure, Khesari said, “I will never change my beliefs for anyone. I will go with nobility and come back with nobility. I will never hurt anyone to win the show. I don’t want to come across in a wrong light that after the show, I don’t even get work offers laughs.”
Sharing that he did not get much time to evaluate the contestants, the 33-year-old said, “I was in London for my shoot and then got busy with designating. I didn’t want my producers to get in my absence. But to tell you honestly, it doesn’t really matter as I am going to Bigg Boss to win my audience’s heart and not the housemates.”
When asked if being a superstar in the Bhojpuri industry will help him gain more votes, he said, “If the people keep loving and supporting me, then definitely yes. I just hope the audience keeps sprinkling me with prayers and good wishes.”
